Shipping policy

Actual shipping costs are added to the invoice total. In the event of a 30-day money-back guarantee refund request, Lampcraft will email a return shipping label at our expense within a reasonable amount of time. Original shipping cost will be credited along with the cost of any returned merchandise after receipt and inspection of said merchandise. If the merchandise has a failure due to manufacturing defects within a one year period, return shipping to Lampcraft is the responsibility of the customer. For customers within the USA, warranty repairs within one year of purchase will be returned to the customer at no charge.
